Newlong presents the integrated solution consisting of the S.O.S. Paper Bag Manufacturing Machine Model 1546CTS+536HS and the Inline Digital Printer NDP1250, designed to offer efficient and customized paper bag production with full-color digital printing.
This integration allows digital printing data to be transferred directly to the bag manufacturing machine, enabling individual design printing on each bag. This facilitates the management of small batch orders with a wide variety of products. This is the first high-end solution and the world’s first solution in the bag manufacturing industry. The machine is also capable of rewinding the printed roll.
The Inline Digital Printer NDP1250 allows easy creation of print data from PDF files using the installed software. It is equipped with software that calculates the ink consumption of the four colors (K, C, M, Y) for each print pattern, enabling instant cost calculation. The print color and density can be easily adjusted via the touchscreen panel. The speed is controlled from the lowest to the highest, and the registration deviation is significantly lower than in analog printing.

Paper Bag Manufacturing Machine Model 1546CTS is exclusively designed for S.O.S. bag manufacturing and features an advanced electronic control system, with adjustments made via a touchscreen panel. Thanks to its new servo design with memory functions, setup time is reduced to approximately one hour. The need to change components for different sizes, such as cutting gears, forming plates, and handle pressing rollers, is eliminated, significantly reducing downtime.
