Its high resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi allows to achieve an outstanding printing quality. It counts with three print heads per colour and three types of prining modes, allowing the managing and reducing of ink consumption.
With a print speed of 50m/min, it becomes a great option for the current flexography industry, which allows, among other features, rapid changeovers, agility and simplicity.
The press comes equipped with dryers after each colour (pinning system) and final LED curing, assuring optimum results.
Sophisticated Nitrogen Purging System to reduce the characteristic odour of UV inks and to improve the drying process.
Splice detection system
The sensor detects the splice and automatically raises the print head to avoid any damage.
Automatic print head cleaning system
3 differents cleaning options to maintain the press in the best conditions.
